Lytham St Annes Tuneless Choir

Lytham St Annes Tuneless Choir launched on the afternoon of TUESDAY 9TH JANUARY 2018.

Like all Tuneless Choirs, the emphasis is on “singing like no one is listening” with everyone able to use their voices however they wish with no worries and definitely no auditions! If you’ve been told you can’t sing in tune, or know you lack the ability, practice or confidence to do so, this is the choir for you.  We  sing popular songs so you’re likely to know how many of them go.

The choir is run by Marilyn and Steve Marshall, who started Fylde Coast Tuneless Choir in Thornton-Cleveleys back in September.  They love it so much they decided to do another, this time during the day.

The choir meets at St. Annes Parish Church Hall, 2A Oxford Road, Lytham St Annes FY8 2EA.   It is currently on a break for the summer and session will resume on TUESDAY 4TH SEPTEMBER.  Then it will run from 2pm to 3.30pm every Tuesday, with a break for refreshments.

If you didn’t make it to the launch you’re still welcome to come along when we start up again in September – it’s a good idea to sign up for our emails below so we can keep you in touch with any changes.  You can also follow what’s happening with the choir on Facebook whether you have an account or not.

Newcomers will pay £10 for their first session, including registration with the choir.  The regular price is £7 if you “pay as you go”, or you can pay in advance for a term for the equivalent of £5 per session.

If you have any questions you can contact us by emailing or calling Marilyn on 07904 663810.
