Before joining a Zoom meeting for the first time on a computer you can download the Zoom app from their Download Center, if you are on a tablet or mobile device then download Zoom for Meetings from your app store.
When you book a place at a session, you receive an ‘order confirmation’ email which contains the joining instructions.
You can then join each meeting either by:
– Clicking on the link provided and saying ‘yes’ when your device asks if you want to open it in Zoom.
– Opening the app, and then entering the Meeting ID and password.
You can also join a test meeting to familiarize yourself with Zoom.
